But now that the E.U. appears to be falling apart, how are these events to be understood? At the same time, there are those who speculate that a Brexit "loophole" may somehow hinder Britain's departure from the E.U.

Hi Chris, great program. Definitely food for thought. I wonder what you do with Revelation chapter 13? Eventually a beast is going to rule over all kindreds, tongues, and nations. And all that dwell on the face of the earth are going to worship this beast whose names are not written in the Book of Life. How do you spiritualize that, pray tell?

Interesting points on the idea of Nations not being able to mingle together, from Daniel.
I think that this prophecy could still be speaking about a one world system: at least in the works...that fails in the end. Actually, if this mingling is in reference to nations...it would seem to infer that they are trying to join, but cannot.
Therefore, at the time of this kingdom...we may expect to see the appearance of a one world system, at least trying to be formed. That would also fit what we know about Satan: he wants to unite the world in order to rule it: the world wide WEB, and interNET is something the whole world is certainly being caught in.
I look at this like the peace that the man of sin TRIES to establish: it is present for a moment... but ultimatly it is not successful. The fact that the scripture says it fails, shows us that there WILL be an environment in which that treaty is formulated ...in order that it might later fail ( the statement of its failure should not be understood as there being no peace treaty at all). In like manner, it looks like an attempt to mingle all nations is on the horizon, but will eventually fail when God brings his kingdom.
