Chris discusses recent debates over the true history of British colonialism and the slave trade. Also discussed is the relationship the former Prince of Wales has with the religion of Islam, which undoubtedly fueled the mass importation of Muslims into the United Kingdom, as well as the rest of Western Europe. Further, we consider the issue of slavery and reparations. A recent interview between CNN’s Don Lemon and a royal historian from the U.K. highlights the important issue of the origins of the slave trade into Europe and America. If reparations are to be paid, then who should pay them? British historian Hillary Fordwich exposed the role that the African kings played in selling their own people for profit. We also review a soon to be released Hollywood film called “The Woman King” about the warrior women of Africa. Is it true history? Or political propaganda?
