Today's Show: CHANCELLOR KENT VS. THE OLYMPICS - 8.3.2024

Chris discusses the recent scandals surround the 2024 Olympics, with the opening ceremony which has been declared to be a form of extreme contempt against the Christian religion. Some have argued that such insults are not tolerated against Islam, and that Christianity is willing to tolerate it. But is that truly the case? We examine the historic case of the People v. Ruggles in 1811, and the arguments made by Chancellor James Kent against public blasphemy against the Christian religion. Kent argued that the protection of Christianity against such derision was a matter of common law in the Western world.
