For years, some who have observed the progress of conflict and division in the United States have predicted that our own country might one day enter into another civil war or revolution. Could such a thing be possible? Prior to the American Revolution, pastors and ministers continually referred to the conflict between the English monarchs and the great Puritan leader, Oliver Cromwell from a century earlier. Are the struggles in America today moving in a similar direction?
