NOTR - Rhodesia: A Warning To The West - 11.11.17

Today's Show: RHODESIA: A WARNING TO THE WEST - 11.11.2017

Chris discusses the history of Rhodesia, as the anniversary of its independence approaches on November 11th. Its brief post World War II history ended in tragedy, as a result of the influence of Communism working in the countries of the West.  The Christians in Rhodesia were ultimately pressured by globalist powers into surrendering their country to the openly Socialist leader, Robert Mugabe.  As its last Prime Minister Ian Smith acknowledged, “We were never beaten by our enemies, we were betrayed by our friends.”  Rhodesia today is now the Marxist country of Zimbabwe.  Is its history a warning to the Western world?

NOTR - Georgetown, Saudi Arabia & Islamophobia - 11.9.17

Today's Show: GEORGETOWN, SAUDI ARABIA & ISLAMOPHOBIA - 11.9.2017

Chris discusses the current uproar happening in Saudi Arabia, as the future king has arrested a number of princes on corruption charges.  Among them was the billionaire, Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, who finances the Georgetown University Bridge Initiative — a program designed to promote the concept of “Islamophobia” and the acceptance of Islam in the United States.  The online commercial from the website for The Bridge Initiative leaves little doubt about the worldview being communicated.  It is decidedly anti-Western and very pro-Islam.

NOTR - Remembering The Gunpowder Plot - 11.8.17

Today's Show: REMEMBERING THE GUNPOWDER PLOT - 11.8.2017

Chris discusses the 412th anniversary of the Gunpowder Plot of 1605, remembering when Guy Fawkes, the most notorious criminal in British history, planted dozens of barrels of gunpowder beneath the houses of Parliament with the intent of blowing up King James I and the Protestant government of England.  While modern historians have revised the history, the original accounts show that the Jesuit Order was at the very heart of the plot, which is remembered in poetic form even to this day.

NOTR - The Reformation & Islam - 11.4.17

Today's Show: THE REFORMATION & ISLAM - 11.4.2017

Chris discusses the recent Jihad attack in New York City, along with a new article that suggests that the Protestant Reformation was somehow responsible for the modern acceptance of Islam in the Western world.  The argument is that supposedly the Roman Church was fighting against Islam but was hindered from doing so because of the Reformation.  The fact that Rome murdered many millions of Christians (more than Islam) is strangely omitted.  Also the fact that Luther openly condemned Muhammadism, and encouraged Christians to fight (spiritually and literally) to the death in resisting it is overlooked.  Perhaps most important is the fact that it was Protestant Reformed countries that disabled the Ottoman Empire and, by the grace of God, elevated the Christian world through modern science to a position free from the threat of Islam -- as acknowledged by Winston Churchill in the 20th century.  However, since Rome launched the ecumenical movement through Vatican Council II, the door was opened wide to the Islamic world and has encouraged the systematic invasion of the West.

NOTR - 500 Years of Reformation - 10.31.2017

Today's Show: 500 YEARS OF REFORMATION - 10.31.2017

Chris discusses the fact that October 31st 2017 marks 500 years since Martin Luther nailed his 95 Thesis to the church door in Wittenberg, Germany and set off a movement that would turn the world upside down.  On the other hand, it has been almost 500 years since the launch of the Counter Reformation by Rome, primarily through the Jesuit Order.  Since 1540, the so-called Society of Jesus has developed a wide variety of subversive tactics and doctrines that continue to afflict the Christian world even to this day.  But with many of the well known criticisms of Luther, Calvin and other Reformed teachers, what was the overarching message they communicated to the world?

NOTR - Luther, Hitler & The Great Reformation - 10.29.17

Today's Show: LUTHER, HITLER & THE GREAT REFORMATION - 10.29.2017

Chris discusses the upcoming 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation.  While Protestants and Evangelicals around the world are counting down the hours and minutes until the day arrives, there are some modern Roman Catholics who still believe Luther was a corrupt teacher who wrongly divided the Christian world, and even influenced the likes of Adolf Hitler.  Such is the tale being told by a Polish Catholic filmmaker in an upcoming documentary about Luther, to be released in November.  But are modern Catholics attempting to deflect attention away from the fact that Hitler was a professing Catholic himself, and that it was the Church of Rome that gave him his totalitarian power in Germany?  At least, according to Cambridge scholar, John Cornwell -- who is also Catholic.
