NOTR - The Danger of Good Words & Fair Speeches - 7.17.17

Today's Show: THE DANGER OF GOOD WORDS & FAIR SPEECHES - 7.17.2017

Chris discusses the Apostle Paul's letter to the church in Rome -- how in the final chapter, he warns of false teachers, who "by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple." (Rom. 16:18)  It might be said that this is the exact method being used in churches across the Western world to further the acceptance of apostasy in many forms, and the systematic betrayal of Christian civilization.  We examine first the impact of the movement on matters of theology with Christians being admonished to have a "loving and compassionate attitude" towards those who live in open and unrepentant rebellion against God.  From there, we consider the impact of the Ecumenical movement that has opened the door to the steady invasion of the West through mass immigration.

NOTR - America, Socialism & The French Revolution - 7.14.17

Today's Show: AMERICA, SOCIALISM & THE FRENCH REVOLUTION - 7.14.2017

July 14 marks the annual celebration of Bastille Day, which is traditionally seen as the beginning of the French Revolution.  Chris discusses current events in the United States against the history of what happened during this period in France -- a time that is said to have laid the groundwork for nearly all the radical leftist revolutionary movements for the past 200 years.  The God-less movement begun by the French radicals would evolve into the principles of Socialism and Communism through the 19th century.  As the evidence is laid out, it becomes disturbingly clear that the very same elements are at work in America today, as globalists rely upon the same methods to take down Western Civilization.

NOTR - Britain, Terrorism & Rome - 7.12.17

Today's Show: BRITAIN, TERRORISM & ROME - 7.12.2017

Chris discusses more of the history of the United Kingdom and the terrorist activities that have plagued that part of the world for decades, going back to the bombings of the IRA even before the Jihadi era.  Is there a connection between the radical actions taken by the IRA and those of modern Jihadists?  It has been reported to us by a modern Protestant from Northern Ireland (now living in the U.S.) that the Irish Catholics have a long history of supporting both European Socialism (even during World War II) and radical Islam, even showing support for the PLO against the interests of Israel and the Evangelical world.

NOTR - Independence Day - 7.3.2017

Today's Show: INDEPENDENCE DAY - 7.3.2017

Chris discusses the annual celebration of July 4th in remembrance of the drafting of the Declaration of Independence.  A series of events led up to the declaration, which was not officially signed until August of that year.  So how was the date of July 4th chosen?  And has it always been celebrated as a national holiday?  Also discussed is the timeline of events leading up to the American Revolution -- from the Boston Massacre to the Boston Tea Party, along with the Battles of Lexington and Concord, to the publication of Common Sense -- all of which preceded the publication of the Declaration in 1776.

NOTR - The News, Cromwell & The Execution of King Charles I - 6.30.17

Today's Show: THE NEWS, CROMWELL & THE EXECUTION OF KING CHARLES I - 6.30.2017

Chris does a follow up show on the situation in the United Kingdom and the controversies in Northern Ireland.  He also discusses a modern article on the subject of whether or not the execution of King Charles I by Oliver Cromwell and his Puritan government was right or wrong.  The article published on a UK website tackles the controversy from both sides; on the one hand, arguing that King Charles betrayed England, was rightly condemned as a traitor and deserved to be put to death.  On the other side, it is argued that his execution was unnecessary and had been instigated by Cromwell and his supporters, against the prevailing will of the people at the time.  Hundreds of years later, and the issues continue to be debated.  But why are these historic arguments important to our world today?

NOTR - Ireland, Ian Paisley & Socialism - 6.28.17

Today's Show: IRELAND, IAN PAISLEY & SOCIALISM - 6.28.2017

Chris discusses a recent interview between Larry King and a U.K. politician named George Galloway, who made reference to the late Dr. Ian Paisley and his DUP party as being the force that empowers Theresa May in England today.  During the interview, Galloway (a Catholic) made reference to the conflict between Protestants and Catholics, describing the Protestants as extremists and "murderers."  He also professed his support for the out and proud Socialist politician, Jeremy Corbyn, who is Theresa May's primary opponent in parliament.
